Miss Diane helped me Wed Nov 19th to figure out the date for the second part of my Tb test, Working with my extremely difficult schedule. This lady is the most awesome lady. I appreciated her so much. She was very kind, very considerate.There needs to be more people like her in this world.Thank you Diane!!!

Front staff and the medical assistants very nice. Practioner demolished misdiagnosed a two two year old we ended up having to take her to children's following day. That dr even said he didn't know how she thought a topical cream was gonna respond. Shes on antibiotics now. She was in such a hurry she wouldn't let us ask questions. Called office manager who refuses to call back so had to go through cooperate. Don't take a sick baby here for even a splinter.. she was nice but not very knowledgeable and very much she's just a number. Now have a big tube of worthless medication

For one of the first times in my life, I did not feel gaslit about the severity of my knee pain simply because I was able to walk myself in the door. The entire staff listened to my medical history and even knew what my more "rare" conditions were. I felt so seen and heard. I am so, so glad I made the choice to visit the location I did. And the prescribed prednisone pack did SIGNIFICANTLY help to lower my pain level. I was treated with nothing but respect and empathy. Thank you all!

I went in for a simple cold and sinus infection. They immediately tested for covid and sent me on my way with 1 excused day from work and nothing else. They didn't even consider the fact that I was having shortness of breath because my sinuses are stuffy. They checked my ears and said everything looks good take some Tylenol for occasional headaches and body aches. Very disappointed 😞 I also paid X amount of money for them to give me a test that's supposed to be free

From another state, in Butler to take care of my elderly parents. Aquired a sinus infection & insurance did not cover. Self pay but reasonable. Dr Pinker was the best, so kind, understanding & genuine. Very pleased with their service from front desk to clinical care. Would highly recommend.
