Everyone is very friendly and Bill has been helpful in setting up my phone to make it work with my hearing aids.
Hearing loss is a very sensitive factor in one's life, however my recent visit to Hearing Life was a surprising comfort experience. The staff including the exam by Dr. Bil made my life changing event a pleasant one.
It was the first time I had my hearing checked. I wasn’t sure what to expect. My experience was very good. The audiologist explained everything very clearly and told me the amount of hearing loss I have is normal for my age and I didn’t need hearing aids right now. They didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need.
I was very happy with the service we received. Staff is very professional. The exam was thorough with results explained. Honestly we were expecting “a sales pitch” however neither my husband nor I needed hearing aids. I have already referred several friends.
Bill Yost and his staff are very accommodating and helpful. They are always willing to help solve any problem you may have. Highly recommend Butler Hearing Life.
