Its very clean and people are very respectful. Love the sauna!
Reasonably priced, only a handful of people when I go there at my usual midday time, love that they have towel service and a great locker room/sauna. As someone who has been working out for 20+ years regularly, not in any way a gym geared towards people looking to lift heavy but I personally had no problem adjusting my distance running/high rep lifting and body weight routine to the equipment available in a compact space. Also if you ask for emergency tampons they have them on hand. High marks all round.
Well equipped gym, awesome sauna & shower/locker room. Priced better than the other guys.
5 dollar day pass . Clean hot showers .
