I went to Shannah with a locked up left side, with gnawing pain running from behind one ear through the tips of my fingers. It was excruciating, and my home remedies couldn't keep up. Not only did I leave her office with much better mobility, but with a greater understanding of how to take care of my body. She helped me follow along throughout the massage and even sent me with aftercare advice. I still use several methods she explained to me, and it's working! Definitely planning followup appointments. This is therapy my body needs and deserves, and there is no one else cultivating a more welcoming and nuturing environment for my needs then Untying The Knot, with all the modalities she implements in a session.
