J&R Pharmacy of Draffenville

That's a great pharmacy to go to. I would encourage everyone to switch and go there. They are friendly, they even deliver here if you don't have a car to get there to get your medicine.

They aRe very good at taking care of my meds and I take a lot

It would be nice if my or my children’s prescriptions were mixed by the pharmacist prior to picking them up. Waited at the window for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Finally get my prescription, get home and lo and behold my prescription face gel was not mixed. I’m a super understanding person and I realize mistakes happen, we’re only human. But this seems to be a reoccurring issue for me. Otherwise, very friendly & typically don’t have to wait long to fill my scripts.

I transferred to Benton from Murray and had open prescriptions to fill but somewhere in the transfer a mistake was made and one of my prescriptions did not transfer. I offered to call but all the woman kept saying is it's not in your profile. What happened to customer service? They could've called but instead they lost a customer. And from the looks of the emptiness of the parking lot and store they couldn't lose one!

I switched to J & R about a year ago. They are such sweet and caring people! Very fast and efficient! And much closer to home! Highly recommend them!!
