I am so thankful that i found this place for my dental care. I am a new patient and i was looking for a dentist near my home. I found it throgh google search. So far i am impressed . Dr Choi wait no time suggeting my dental plan without delays. Mikayla did my dental cleaning the same day afternoon and Kary receptionist adjust my future appointments accordingly to my hectic schedule . This dental clinic earned their name by having modern equipment and practicing advance dental care. I am looking forward to my next visit. Update: I have moved my dental needs and business elsewhere after an "error" dental claim which processed and paid a contracted rate for $872 of x-rays which were not done. As a patient, had I not noticed this and called my insurance and the office to inquire about this billing error a fraudulent claim would have been unchecked/uncorrected. When I asked how this "error" happened it was explained that there was an automated process that accidentally didn't get reviewed and corrected by the clinicians at the time of services and at time of submitting the claim. I first noticed this issue on the after visit summary on MyChart and immediately after the visit I sent a MyChart message to inquire/notify them. I regret coming here. Their dentist is spead too thin and does not know how to use a needle. Their answer to dental anxiety is just to turn up the nitrous. They ignore you when you ask them to go slower and they don't answer questions fully. I don't know if it was just an off day there or what, but I had to really push for comfort. I have had crowns put on before and no dentist has EVER given me 6 shots directly into my BONE. I asked for the back nerve injection and I just got more shots into my jawbone. I'm so sore and I left in tears. They are eager to accept your business but don't know what to do once they have it. I rarely write reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others about my experience with this office. Back in May, my credit card was charged for a service I never received. After notifying them of the error, I was told someone would follow up—but that never happened. Since then, I’ve made multiple calls with little to no success. In August, I was told a check would be issued to resolve the matter with my credit card company, but that never happened either. On 9/22/25, I even went into the office in person and was assured that a check had been sent and my account should be cleared. Unfortunately, I just received another call from my credit card company, Smile Direct, informing me that late fees have now been added to my account despite these ongoing circumstances. I definitely do not recommend this clinic. I went there and was told I had to have a root canal on a tooth next to one that also needed a re-treatment. The office staff scheduled three appointments and did not clearly communicate what the appointments were for. When I arrived for my appointment, I asked what the appointment was for and then I was informed that it was to prep the tooth that didn’t need the re-treatment. I was not impressed that this was not clearly communicated to me as this is a long process. Before I could go to the appointment, the staff at the front desk stated I needed to pay first.
