I saw Mila for persistent neck and shoulder pain. He did a fantastic job at slowly and gently loosening the knots so that the massage wasn't painful, while discovering other areas of tension I wasn't even aware of. His calm, professional, and warm demeanor and the lovely space all contributed to relaxation. Also appreciated the lo-fi music playing - very relaxing but a refreshing break from the usual classic piano vibes at many massage studios.

Mila is great! I went in because I have shoulder issues and general tightness in my neck. Most of the time, I expect to leave a massage feeling more relaxed, but not feeling like the underlining issues will be resolved. However, Mila is very intentional and uses movements that remind of past rolfing and hellerwork I've had. I was very impressed and will be returning.

I booked a 90-minute massage because the world is a dumpster fire and doom scrolling had my shoulder striving to be an ear. It was a conflict of anatomical proportions. Mila is excellent at what he does. His trigger point technique zeroed in on the problem muscles. The factions retreated and I'm thrilled to say my ear, shoulder, and neck are all much happier for it! I cannot recommend him enough!

I had an excellent treatment by Mila! The space is cozy and attractive, but the highlight is Mila's trigger point work. I deal with chronic pain issues and Mila was able to make significant improvements in just one session. He's intuitive and strong but never overpowering - perfect balance to help your body relax into a happier pattern!

Fantastic! My husband & I have been looking for a massage experience where we feel relaxed (no need to make conversation) and feel actual relief from tense muscles. We love going to Mila because he checks all the boxes, is professional, friendly, has an intuitive touch, fits our budget, and is in a great location. Although if he moved offices, we would have to follow him! Highly recommend.
