This doctor is so rude and disrespectful to the patients and staff are equally as bad! You will stay there for hours and then see a doctor for like 5 min and will always forget to send the medication. This place is now officially shut down and has hundreds of patients now scrambling for pain meds and a new facility. This doctor should never, ever carry a medical license to work ANYWHERE!!! Dr. T said to the staff he is moving to a new place and are only taking the GOOD PATIENTS when he was never a good doctor.

Attended appt 12/18 and returned the 12/26 when pain meds expired. Physician failed to issue new script. Called next day to speak with a doctor or PA. That didn't happen nor did I get a return call. Needed to see physician about new script the next day and an increase in dosage. It was 2 hrs before I spoke to a doctor. Not to mention that the physician I saw on 12/26 failed to press the send button with the script to the pharmacy. Lacking quick service and consideration of patients time. Very hectic front desk and physicians have no office manners.

After a brief inspection of this facility I have found that not only are they very untrustworthy and very misleading about hthe practices they also give patients early morning appointments such as 9am and the staff or doctors don't come in to after 10 or 11am this is a tactic used to drain insurance providers that staff are very nasty and do not answer any questions about the services provided. The gentleman in the front desk who appears to be an illegal alien from Mexico and the philippino lady is also an illegal alien is quick to ask for you insurance and start billing even if you don't see a doctor. THIS IS A very unprofessional place STAY AWAY STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO LIVE.

Why schedule an appointment when it doesn't matter. Waited for a hour and a half only to speak to a doctor that was in a rush. Also couldn't understand him cuz of his heavy African accent. Also, they never pick up the phone when you try to call.

So let me tell all who cares to enter. I came to this place for pain mngmnt after moving here from out of state. I was at a pain mngmnt Doctor for Yrs taking pain meds. I came here and not only was the staff very rude, the clinic was very dirty, they told me they couldn't help my pain because it was lower extremity pain, and they charged me $1020.39 just for a urine test! Needless to say this place is a insurance scam and they may help you and they may not help you. Depends on how they feel for the day I suppose. If you value your health in anyway stay away from this bacteria infested joke. And by the way the doctors here don't even know their meds. Beware they are very medically uneducated....
