I was referred to Dr. Marzook by my primary care physician. I never got to even make an appointment. He only see's patients 2 days per week. Tuesday or Thursdays. I could only make it on a Tuesday. But, he was completely booked for all of September. He was completely booked through the last weeks of October, all of November and into the second week of December. I made the mistake of asking if there were another physician I might see as he was not available. The reply from the booking person was snotty, rude and abrupt. "He's available it's you" . I was free any Tuesday from the last week in August through to December but for two Tuesdays in October, one of which he wasn't available, but it was my fault that we couldn't schedule. When waiting for an appointment for three months it should not take over 1/2 hour to be seen by a doctor. Making us wait past noon so you could tell lunch was a priority not us. Rooms are NOT child friendly, why have adult chairs in the room for toddlers? My son fell twice because it swivels when you try to step off it, there is no warning the chair swivels. Terrible.

The Drs Marzouk are wonderful, front office staff not so much. I arrived *just* in time for appt. Usual procedure is to first check in and pay copay, but no one was sitting in the receptionist seat. 3 staffers sat with their backs to reception. Ignored for 10 mins, now officially late for appt. Hey, I'm in healthcare too, and I'd be fired if ignored customers this way! Makes me want to take my copay elsewhere.
