They gave me a same day emergency extraction. The lady at the desk was very helpful and understanding. As someone who is very terrified of dental procedures, the Dr was very gentle and comforting. This was the best dental experience I’ve had and I really appreciate them fitting me in and being so kind! The assistant was even nice enough to walk me to the recovery room after the surgery and feeling faint. I’m very sensitive to surgeries and they made sure I didn’t see more than I had to. Wonderful team and reccomend them to anyone! ❤️

Raving about my experience with East Side Dental! I was already impressed with how smooth making my appointment was, ladies at the front desk were awesome and transparent. Went in today for consultation and ended up getting root canal done! Entire staff was amazing and made me feel like a valued patient. Office was immaculate, I appreciated that they required masks and were sanitizing everything! I wish I remembered my nurse/assistants name because she was amazing! Dr Katsarsky was fantastic, thorough in explaining process.

Coming from someone who has a true fear of dental procedures, they treated me so well. I was scheduled for a root canal consultation, and they were able to handle it right then and there without having to reschedule. Dr. Katsarsky and his dental technician were so patient with me, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The waiting room is pleasant and there's a nice set up for beverages (coffee, tea, juice, bottled water) while you wait. I will be back for another procedure in 2 weeks, but can honestly say that I'm not nearly as apprehensive as I was before. Would recommend to any and everyone.

You can not do better than Eastside Dental!! My son just had his root canal this morning. He was very anxious and concerned with the whole process. Upon arrival the staff are very warm and welcoming and reassured us both that he was in great hands. That couldn’t have been more true!! They had great conversation with him while he was being numbed for the procedure. Did an amazing job completing the root canal in around an hour or so and sent us home with follow up care. It’s been 8 hours since the procedure and he’s pain free with no meds! Also a very clean and well kept office! I can’t say enough good things about the staff. I never write reviews, but this place is so worthy!
