Customer Reviews
My step dad went in there for a heart biopsy to make sure there was no rejection. At first the staff was extremely friendly. The nurses were great at calling with updates however once we had a disagreement with them about where he should go after his Hospital stay they refused to call back when we called in for updates.
Took six hour trip to see my daughter and new granddaughter. At 9:45PM I walk in front door through a detector of some sort, attendant behind one desk yells at me to bring my bags over to be checked. He ask me to unzip every one of my bags, which I do. He asks me what am I here for so I tell him. He tells me to go over to the other desk to get my pass. Next attendant asks who I’m there to see? I tell him my daughter’s name and room number and says ”visiting hours are over”. You’d think the first guy I told 15 feet away could have told me that. Next morning I walk through the same door and detector, no one stops me and I have the same bags. I guess the hospitals safety is dependent on time of day.
First I want to mention J. T. When we were lost and running late to check in for my procedure, she made sure they knew we were coming, then took us through the employee only paths and elevator to get us where we needed to be fast. We immediately felt like VIPs. She was amazing. From the ladies at check in to every nurse, doctor and NA that served me, I was made to feel like I was the most important person in the room. They were all kind, caring, and took all the time needed to ensure I understood everything. I have never had a nurse numb my arm before putting in an IV. Right down to all the little things done for my comfort, the staff was amazing. I trusted them with my life, and now I always will.
When we were lost and running late to check in for my procedure, she made sure they knew we were coming.
My husband who had terminal stomach cancer, fell off the surgical procedure table. He was not safely transferred to the table and strapped in. When he was returned to his hospital room, his bottom lip was bleeding, and his mouth was filled with blood. He had lacerations on his tongue, because he bit it when he fell. (which they said was not due to him falling). 🔺What happened to Patient Safety? I was extremely dissatisfied with the treatment my husband received.
