University of Maryland Outpatient Rehabilitation Services

I arrived at the hospital on time, and was sent to four different, incorrect locations. The label for the OT office is next to the elevator back in the pediatric section of the north tower, while the office is is the south tower. I then had my wrist band wrapped off by another security officer, like my check in wasn't correct. I was then sent to two other areas, before being told that because I was so late (I had been in the hospital for forty minutes) I couldn't be seen. The next available appointment was two weeks away, even though I just had surgery and my doctor prescribed svleveral sessions beginning immediately. Terrible customer service.
