We have the best experience dealingwith Lynette when some unforeseen problems appeared during derm appt. She's very calm, collected, compassionate, good listener, empathetic, trouble shooting. What a blessing.

Darlene who answered my call truly helped me schedule my appointment that fit in my tricky schedule. She was very empathetic and kind during the telephone encounter!

This is the chronology of events. August 1: Biopsies taken by RI dermatologist. Pathology returned as Precancerous. August 8: RI dermatologist faxed Pathology results to U Maryland Dermatology, Baltimore. August 10: patient (me) contacts U Maryland to schedule treatment. Patient is referred to Dr. Mahkzoumi's "scheduler", Dan. After Dan confirmed receipt of pathology results to patient, Dan specified that Moes treatment was indicated. Patient questioned Dan, because results showed precancerous, not cancerous condition. Dan insisted on scheduling for Moes treatment. September 2: At York Road derma facility, patient is interrogated by technician about why a Moes treatment was scheduled. Patient then recounted the above chronology, pointing out that Dan is the one who forced patient to go

My experiences was Great to say the least they listened to my input and prescribed the proper medications my psoriasis has made a significant improvement after just the first visit. The doctor is willing to go to "bat" for me with the insurance company to get me what I need for my condition. they were not only optimistic about getting my skin clear giving me hope and confidence but also their optimism was warranted as I have made significant improvement and God willing with continued treatment from their knowledgeable doctors I can reach and sustain a life free from my psoriasis!
