Went with real concerns and needing real anti nausea meds. Dr. Fischer pretends to put a prescription in, its an over the counter sleep aid. I lost my last baby because I couldn’t stop throwing up landing me in the hospital multiple times. The fact that that went ignored and on deaf ears. She even took away the only nausea med that i did have. Its like she wants me to lose my baby again. I will never be back here

I actually really liked this doctor's office, particularly Dr. Goldman. I can't say much about their customer service at the front desk - they definitely could use some different people for first impressions! The only issue I had with the office was that I was no longer able to be a patient if I wanted to do a different immunization schedule. So, if you don't do that - I highly recommend this office! If you don't (we for instance did not want the chicken pox one) then you will need to find someone different.

Lord help you if you need to talk to someone after hours. After playing phone tag and talking to the call center, 2 nurses, and a doctor, you'll be told they'll follow up in the morning. When that morning comes, a rude nurse will call and explain that she can't see the child's chart because apparently they are a different office and all the electronic data from this office can't be accessed by other people in the U of I system. It is terrible the run around you'll get only to be told to try calling this clinic when they open again. In 2 days. I wouldn't have called after hours if my child's medical needs could wait 2 days. Ya'll should be ashamed for how your system is set up. They have terrible service, and the way they run their after hours consults is absurd.

Diagnose me wrong said that I had a sinus infection when I actually had the covid. Then I call them to tell them about it then their secretary has additide with me on the telephone as if she didn't care. Poor place to go. Been going here for years and now looking for a new family doctor.

Dr. Spiva is great! She has been a great help with all my medical needs postpartum and I would recommend her!
