University Imaging Center

I was told I could walk in to get a chest X-ray only to walk in today 7/30 @ 3:26pm for a girl to tell me they closed at 3:15 today due to not having patients. I am pissed off and honey was very dismissive!!!!

Yesterday was a disaster! We drove 2 hours for my husband to get a MRA then an appointment afterwards with his doctor to go over results. Our appointment was at 1:30, 2 hours later and my husband was still waiting at about 1.5 hours, no one left in the waiting room, he was the last one, a nurse asked if he was waiting for someone and he told her he has been waiting since 1:30 for his MRA she said she would find out and get back to him, she never did. I walked up to the Doctors office to let them know we are still waiting for the MRA and if our appointment with his Doctor (2:30) was still going to happen. Meanwhile, at that time they finally took my husband back and he questioned the type of MRA he was getting and wanted it clarified, the radiologist and/or technologist would not even c

They make appointments then cancel the day of, They only do gender ultrasounds after 18 weeks, and if you get sent to them to make sure your baby’s ok their very rude and tell you ask the doctor to whatever questions you have. By far my WORST experience at a imaging center and Im On baby #4.

I was told I could not get an ultrasound because my baby was with me. This was the first time I was refused service because I had my son with me. I have had ultrasounds at other places and they understood that I had a child.

The nurses and techs are always kind. I never have to wait long to be seen.
