I went to the urgent care for facial swelling and dental pain.. I was in and out quickly.. The PA i saw was great and knowledgeable. Very helpful. It was the end of the night and pharmacies were closed. He Informed me I could probably get my medication from them they have a pharmacy there in house. I was able to get the antibiotics and start taking them that night without having to wait until the next day. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. 👍

I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this Urgent Care facility. I went in with an obvious sinus infection. The person that took my vitals was not friendly and somewhat rude. The”physician” that saw me asked when the symptoms began and I replied yesterday. She didn’t check my ears, or my chest to see if there was any congestion in my lungs. Then, she said that, since I have only had this for two days, she wasn’t prescribing any antibiotic because it was a virus not bacterial at that point. Basically, I spent $45 for her to tell me that there was nothing she could do about it. I visited the same Urgent care last year with the same sinus infection symptoms and the physician was great. He didn’t hesitate to prescribe antibiotics and a steroid for the nasal pain. I was better by 95% in 2 d

The NP was friendly but nobody even examined my daughter before asking what testing I wanted to do. I would prefer someone look my kids over before I randomly subject them to nasal swabs, strep testing, etc. We finally saw the doctor an hour after checking in and her bedside manner sucked. Never even introduced herself and still hardly examined my child. Just looked into her ears and said she was having a hard time seeing them. Not a place I would recommend for pediatric patients under 3.

Brittany at the front desk was amazing! She was quick and very attentive. The NP was great as well. Tests came back quickly and treatment was able to be gotten there.

I choose to come here over the ER and couldn't be more thrilled with that decision. I got in only a few minutes after arriving. Testing was fast, results even faster. I was back home less than 60 minutes from when I arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be going back when the next issue arises. Thank you to the staff. You made an unpleasant situation a pleasant experience.
