Discount Drug Mart Store

It would be nice if you said in your ad that the pharmacy doesn't open until 9. All it says is store open at 8 and deli at 9. Thanks for the extra trip to get my scripts! I do have other things to do!!!

We have a saying at my house that goes something like "If you just think of some item you need, Discount Drug Mart will somehow magically have in stock by the time you get to the store"! Honestly, I have lived in other states over the years and no drug store even comes close to the variety and convenience found at the Drugmart chain of stores.

This drug mart has so much potential. I’m giving two star due to the cleanliness of the store. It’s well organized. I can tell hard work goes into keeping it that way. But I’m only giving two stars due to the check out. The lines are always long because cashiers(friendly yes) but they always have their light out and always seems to be rushing to do nothing but acting to be busy so that’s why lights not on. They are overly friendly but extremely slow. Almost intentionally so you don’t want to stay in their line. I have had multiple people say the exact same thing about this store. No I don’t believe cashiers should be extremely fast but extremely slow is terrible considering the lines building up. Please talk with cashiers on how to be friendly and more efficient to make the process quicker

Store is good but pharmacy gives you the run around! Last three times ordered a prescription and it wasn't ready when I got there after a message telling me it was. Last order took in prescription Tuesday and had to call Saturday only to be told it would be ordered to arrive Monday. Employee on the phone told to me it was company policies when I complained. . He seemed to care less when I informed him I was going to transfer my prescription to CVS. Bad attitude and good riddance!!!

Employees are amazing and the store has anything and everything you need but they pay their employees peanuts for the work the do and that's sad considering it's a billion dollar company ... The greed is real
