University Health Care - Hialeah

I’ve been going to see Dr. Gordon, for years. He saved my life, and I will forever be great full for his due diligence, unwilling to give up, and gave me hope. However, once this “Cano” company took over. It has become horrendous. They answer, put you on hold, transfer you only so that they hang up on you. I actually tested this, I call from my phone number, and the pick and hang up (I must have tried at 3-4 times). I went to a different location asked if I may use there phone, low and behold they answered, once they realized it was me, you can hear their anger in there voice. Because I figured out there incompetence, lack of care, no way, shape or form doing their job. A 5 year old child would give help, assistance and not lie then who ever these “Cano” people are. Gives me the impression

These people are crooks! Stay Away! I'm currently dealing with an issue with my wife. She got paperwork for a non routine blood work which should have been routine and ended up costing us $65. Then are currently trying to charge us $100 for services that were never given. In addition are trying to negotiate these services by settling for less money i.e. $50 or even $25. Please stay away!

The doctors here treat you with kind and are very professional. The front desk staff are also very friendly and super attentive. I’m very happy to have found this amazing medical center.

Front desk personal is excellent and medical attention is superb.
