University Eye Associates: Hamp Robert C OD

I have been a patient of Dr. Hamp for years now, and he has consistently shown a high level of knowledge in his field and genuine kindness. He not only cares about your eye health but also about you as a person. I remember years ago when I was in nursing school, he took the time to break down the structure of the eye to help me improve my knowledge as a future nurse. That is just one example. He also treats my 9-year-old son, and works well with him! I highly recommend Dr. Hamp!

I greatly appreciate the friendliness and efficiency of the staff here. It’s a perfect balance of respecting your time yet still knowing your exam is comprehensive. Dr. E presents procedures with evidence and thorough, easy to understand explanations. I particularly value his knowledge on how eye dilation impacts pregnant and/or nursing parents. His individualized care approach and genuine staff make this practice worth the drive. Highly recommend!

I had an awesome experience at the Rocky River Rd location. The entire staff was friendly from beginning to end. Dr Eckel was phenomenal during my exam. I didn't feel rush and he was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend this office to family and friends!

Staff is amazing, kind, and hard working. They always put the patient first. All doctors are amazing you can’t go wrong going with any of them, Dr. Eckel, Dr. Hamp, Dr. Fix, or Dr. Eyler. Techs work hard to get people back in a timely manner. Would highly recommend to anyone.
