University Dental Center at Somerdale

I get that they are almost Doctors and that they mainly take Medicaid recipients , However I don't understand how they feel comfortable with talking to their test patients because that's what we are in an indecent manner .If they did t have people to work on while in school would t that make licensing unachievable. I don't get it even though I personally went to state boards with several doctors from there. Im one person and I may not matter or make a difference.IJS maybe it's protocol

Have to admit my first appointment I was nervous about having a student as a dentist. Well after that first appointment I was convinced that I came to the right place. I have had 3 student doctors do work on me and couldn’t ask for better treatment. They are overseen by very experienced doctors who check the work being g done and you hear the conversation about what and how to do a great job. I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation. It hank you to all for being g kind, funny, and knowledgeable. John D

I don’t usually review but this was very uncomfortable. Can’t review the dentist because I couldn’t get past the rude lady on the phone who kept talking over me in order to hang up quicker. I felt like a nuisance just for calling. I’ll drive an extra 20 mins to the next covered dentist💀

In my second trimester of pregnancy, I was supposed to get a tooth polled I had waited for this appointment. SUSIE THE FRONT DEST WORKER IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. someone like that should not work in a place where she has to deal with people. I get a call the day of the appointment from the receptionist named Susie and she’s telling me I need to cancel my appointment because the doctor is sick I made a comment about how the doctor needed to pull this tooth before I’m out of my second trimester and that I had taken off from work for this appointment and this woman Susie decides to scream and yell at me on the phone and I made another comment about how she is a receptionist and how she shouldn’t be talking to a customer that way why have a customer service job when that’s how you’re goin

I will never return to dentist ever again. There was one dentist that was very rude to me and my child. I was told that I had to reschedule due to my 1 year old being upset he couldn’t see me during my X-ray. After my son sat waiting with me quietly the entire wait. The receptionist said that they have a no child policy but I waited for 1 hr to be called back and no one informed me of this policy (which was stated after I walked out and said that I would never come back again). During my X-ray another dentist comes in and say your going to have to reschedule. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional. If there was an issue he could have waiting until my X-rays were complete and I finished talking to doctor about the problems I was having since it was only my initial appointment. I
