University Dental Associates Interchange

I have not been to the dentist in about 3-5 years, therefore i was EXTREMELY nervous. I came here because of my insurance and this was the absolute BEST experience I have had in a long time form a dentist. The office staff was amazing, my dental assistant and dental hygienist were the sweetest and made me feel welcomed. My dentist was Dr. Alexus Harris. She was very kind and very professional. I honestly am excited to come back. I live in Burlington and came all the way here and I am beyond happy that I did. Please come here if you are looking for a dentist office that cares!

Been going to this location for years and the vibes have drastically changed! Derrick, China and Cece made the check-in and check-out experience so welcoming and easy. The vibrant energy they had made the whole process amazing. My hygienist Mena and Dr. Pradhan were also very insightful and quick. I love when you can tell people love and appreciate what they do!

I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcomed. Kyara was incredibly pleasant, friendly, and professional — her warm greeting and beautiful smile truly set the tone for the visit. My hygienist, Trina P., was also amazing. This was my first time seeing her, and she was very thorough, gentle, and kind. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I also saw Dr. Harris for the first time, and I was extremely impressed. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and took great care during my exam. She even performed a head and neck exam, which I’ve never experienced at a dental office before — I really appreciated the extra level of care and attentio

The staff at University Dental Associates Interchange was excellent. Kyara and Keisha were very welcoming and the dentists and hygienists were all very professional and knowledgeable. Ms. Tracy was amazing and took care of my teeth and was honest about what I needed to do in order to keep my oral health in tip top shape. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have their concerns listened to. It was a comfortable environment and I felt seen and very well taken care of. 12/10

Everyone was so kind. I worked with China, Dr.Driscoll, and his assistant. I traveled from Charlotte for 3 root canals because of their reviews, insurance logistics, and poor experiences with other dentists. As someone who’s had a lot of dental work, this is by far one of the best experiences I’ve had. The 2.5 hour trip was worth it.
