First time I have not cried at a dentist in 20+ years all thanks to Shelly. She was amazing and I hope she never leaves!!!! She was extra patient, kind and understood my anxiety so well. Cece, the receptionist, was also amazing AS USUAL! :)

The front desk admid were kind, polite and very helpful. The technicians were quick and efficient. They were gentle and friendly. Dr Lee was very professional and explained everything to me. I didn’t wait long at all to be seen. I was in and out in a timely manner. I recommend going to UDA Dentistry on Lawndale in Greensboro. You will see for yourself that my review is true. I’m sitting here in a lot of toothache pain that I feel like could have been avoided. I was prescribed clydamycin and finished it Friday but still had pain. I talked to Cici that following Monday n expressed my concerns and was told I would be given a call back. Which never happened. I called back on Tuesday and spoke to Antonio, who said they would speak to the doctor to get me a new prescription sent to my pharmacy. THAT NEVER HAPPENED ALSO! They were closed on Christmas Eve so now I have to bear through this pain until Monday and hopefully I can get a new prescription that actually works. I would give zero stars if possible because I don’t like being lied to.

Best care I've ever received. Shelly (hygienist) was incredibly quick and painless with my cleaning, and Dr Luis Camacho was friendly and thorough. The dudes at the front desk were incredibly helpful. Will definitely let them scrape my teeth again.

They are very friendly and explain everything really well! Great staff and amazing service, would highly recommend!
