Great dental office! I am thankful for the Dentists - Irvin and Goodrich for serving me well over the years. I usually get some good laughs while I am here and also great service both for my teeth and as a customer. The hygienists and dental assistants are rock stars.

I got there for my 9:30 appointment at 9. The clerk couldn't figure out my insurance. After 40 minutes and multiple calls and faces had been sent from my insurance company I was told I'd have to leave and make a new appointment. I arrived at 2 for my new 2:30 appointment. I waited for 40 minutes in the lobby to get x rays. I then had my teeth measured. And waited for over an hour for the dentist to come in and tell me they were getting ready to close so they wouldn't be doing my cleaning. I will NEVER go to any Aspen dental ever again.

I absolutely love this office!!! I have never had anything less than a wonderful experience with Dr. McNeil and her team. From the moment you arrive you are greeted with a smile from the receptionists and the hygienists are gentle yet my teeth always look immaculate when I leave. Dr. McNeil truly cares about all of her patients and is so knowledgeable in her profession. This is the best dental practice in Greensboro!!

Outstanding practice! Dr. Irvin and her staff are both professional and personable. They make sure you are fully informed on your treatment plan and comfortable during all procedures. The office has a warm, friendly atmosphere, adorned with staff family photos and seasonal décor. From the first visit, you see Dr. Irvin and her staff are a great team, working together to ensure patients receive first-class, quality service.
