I have been going here for years, but my most recent experience with Rachel and her customer service made a big impact. She was so patient, thoughtful and kind in helping me through a billing and insurance issue that I couldn't figure out for a while. She followed through, stayed with it and figured it all out and got everything taken care of. I am so appreciative of her hard work!

I, like most people would have been, was super nervous to go to my first ever dental appointment at a new dentist last year. UDA made me feel at ease from the very first interaction I had with them! From the first phone call, insurance verification, up to the first visit - I knew I made the right decision. Ashley is absolutely amazing and always takes such great care of my teeth! She is wonderful to speak to and we always share a few laughs during my visits. Who doesn't want that, right? Dr. Lesansky is also so wonderful and is always so pleasant to speak to. Such a great team and I'm grateful for UDA!

I am very disappointed with my experience at this office. A balance was placed on my credit profile without proper resolution attempts. I have made multiple efforts to follow up and get clarification, but no one has returned my calls or addressed the issue. As a patient, I expect transparency, timely communication, and professionalism—especially when it involves billing and credit reporting. Placing a balance on someone’s credit without adequate follow-up is unacceptable and negatively impacts trust. I hope this matter is resolved promptly, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office at this time.

I had an appointment 12/22/25 and had a horrible experience with the dental hygienist who was supposed to clean my teeth. I asked to not have x-rays taken since I had gotten them at a dentist out of state and said I could send them over. This made the hygienist very angry for some reason, she got an attitude and raised her voice immediately. She said I needed to have x-rays every visit to see if I have cavities. I understand but I had x-rays to show if given the chance so I don't understand her hostility. The dentist confirmed I didn't need x-rays and we went to the back to begin my cleaning. When we started my cleaning I apologized for making her angry and she proceeded to say that "I suck", that i'm "white trash", that it's "definitely been over a year since i've had my teeth cleaned", t

Like most people dental treatment gives some anxiety when you have to visit for more than cleaning. Honestly, I’d recommend this office, hands down over all of my former dental practices. 1. Jocelyn kindly & gently assisted with directions when my GPS didn’t. She also confirmed my future appointment. 2. Axel was very helpful in assisting me with the registration once in the office.
