The last taking messages was very rude. She did not understand that I needed to reschedule an appointment. When I called back and asked to speak to someone else, she started yelling say she doesn’t know she doesn’t know. She proceeded to tell me to come back on the 19th at 10am which I told her I cannot do and she started yelling again. It’s very unprofessional and after this follow up, I will never go back.
