Been seeing Dr Hillman since 2002. He is one of the best. Very understanding. Takes time with patients which is rare these days. Most physicians are in and out of room from other experiences. Highly recommend him as well as this very nice clinic. Best to make an appt to guarantee you want have to wait long.

I have been coming here for around 4 months. My 1st visit took around 6-8 hours between arrival and checking out. Every subsequent visit has taken at minimum 4 hours. I was diagnosed with Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever 06/02/17. Treatment helped for a while but I've had adverse reactions apparently due to Dr. Hillman prescribing many meds that conflict with each other. Today (09/18/17) makes 2 months that I've tried to get an appointment but the Dr. cancelled. A different excuse each time. Today I finally got seen by him. He didn't remember ordering multiple lab/x-test test last month. I showed him my copy from the hospital and eventually he found were he'd misplaced his copies. He even refused to admit he'd seen my x-ray results even though the hospital said he'd examined them and even had

Do not count on this clinic. Been there a few times before finding a consistent family practice. Most recently, arrived at 5:10 knowing they close at 6, and the doctor was already gone. I asked the people working and they told me that he basically leaves whenever he feels like it. Other visits have been way too long even though they haven't been busy. Try somewhere else.

The staff along with Dr. Hillman are consistently courteous, professional, and personable. I have been going to University Center Urgent Care monthly for 7 months. I would not consider going anywhere else. Dr. Hillman takes time with me and really listens and responds to my needs. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic.

Worst place ever! It's an urgent care clinic that takes you up to two wreks to get approval to be seen. And, i called at 1 o'clock in the afternoon and they don't even have a doctor or nurse present!
