Staff need a crash course on patient care! If you don’t want to be dealing with patients, you’re in the wrong field. The staff here simply don’t want to help. They’d rather be lazy and leave patients as they are but mention you’re reporting them and suddenly you get action. While waiting in the lobby, this elderly women came to the lobby with the Social Worker needing to speak with the Business Office, The social worker said his name is Samuel he w
