University Avenue Pharmacy

Need to update the there schedule. Does not reflect at all to when they actually open and close. Messed up my prescription I’m pregant and have been trying to get a hold of them for 4 days.

This was my first time at this pharmacy, I chose it because it was along the route that I take to go home. I just left my dentist appointment and had a prescription to get for pain. When I got there, it seemed ok. But I found myself waiting for a long time, another woman came in, she was hispanic and she was in and out but I had to wait then I was told I had a $10 copay which was weird b/c that never happens. I hand her my card that I specifically use for dr visits, copays, prescriptions, etc. but she told me they didn’t it and I had to pay cash. I did not have enough cash on me, I only had $7, the woman up front , a middle aged hispanic woman took my $7, smiled in my face and called me broke. I was astonished, it didn’t make me angry or hurt my feelings because other people’s opinions of

Very unpleasant experience. It’s a shame when the owners workers have to apologize for his actions. It’s a shame when a person can not admit they are wrong. If I didn’t have to deal with this place for refills I would go elsewhere. Once they are done so will my business there.

Clean and organized. They are pleasant and attentive. They had my perception ready in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend this pharmacy!

Slow, charge a strange fee from nowhere and not friendly. The waiting is insane when no one is waiting
