Universal Pharmacy

Had to go inside the store to visit the UPS store that's in the very back of the place. Every single item they were selling was way way over priced and most of it was not well made . I kinda wish it was still that little Rite Aid it used to be when I was growing up on O st . This is what we get to work with these days! 🤪

The front party of the store is one of those stores that has everything you think you might need...lol. There's an ATM, as well as lottery machines. The employees are always nice. At the back of the store is The UPS Store, which is very convenient for picking up packages and Amazon returns. Those employees are always nice and helpful, as well. Also at the back store is the pharmacy. I've never actually used the pharmacy but I'm sure it is just as good as the rest of the location.

I don't use their pharmacy service, my partner and I mainly go here because they are the only reliable Western Union in this neighborhood that consistently has enough cash in their drawer to pay out (unlike the nearby Rite Aid). The store is a hot, crowded mess full of haphazardly shelved items that look like they got shot out of a wood chipper. That said, every once in a while you come across a decent bargain - $29.99 Foster Grant reading glasses for $4.99, for example.

I've only been a customer under a year I don't even have to call them for my refills and the free money orders are a plus. They are always on time with my delivery's and the greetings are always pleasant. I received a wonderful king size blanket for Christmas from them it just melted my heart I'm glad I changed over to universal

This place is so unorganized, employees didn’t know where any items were located. They charged me 45$ for 5 balloons and argued with me when i complained that none of the pink colors matched. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
