As a representative from AARP delivering roses and cards to the residents I can say I was received very well even though it wasn't relayed to the weekend staff that I was coming. The receptionist got the activity director, Virginia,to assist me. She went above and beyond to help me achieve my goal. The rest of the staff was nice as well. Your residents and some family members were very appreciative to be remembered on Valentine’s Day. It was a pleasure visiting your facility.

As I pull up to the facility, I wasn’t impressed. Looks good outside. Also, walking in the door. Get greeted. Go to the nursery station. They all beautiful. Nice ladies and Men. I see they’re taken care of. My mom is good. All the caregivers grade

My husband had a stroke five months ago he was in the hospital and then sent to Perry Creek Nursing Home. I wanted him to go there because it’s close to my house. I see him almost every day and for the longest time we were having a lot of problems there they wouldn’t change his diaper. They wouldn’t help him if he was hungry or thirsty. I called the Imbuddsman. We had a meeting and they did a lot of changes within the therapy place and the business place and I do see a huge amount of improvement lately. My husband is there and he’s basically pretty happy. . He doesn’t complain and he gets a lot of what he wants a lot of the time… So I am glad that he is there now not all of the people are great some don’t care, but there are some good ones there we are working on his Physical Therapy he d

My husband, Charles Smith and myself, Geraldine Smith have visited my brother, Prince Brewington on 2 occasions. We found it to be a pleasant experience both times. I can see my brother improving. Keep up the good works👍🏿!

I visit my husband, Robert Williams at different times on different days. After several weeks, I have never seen any of the staff without a big smile and greeting! Bob is very happy there. The floors are spotless, trash always emptied, patients always dressed neatly and are actively getting about. Kudos to everyone from reception to maintenance! Y’all are doing a marvelous professional job!
