Very veteran friendly establishment. All the staff have been amazing. From my first exam, emergency visit, and to my recent deep cleaning along with fillings done everyone has been kind, personable, compassionate, professional, and attentive. I don’t do tooth pain very well and on occasion need additional numbing. If I felt any pain during any of my procedures they stopped immediately to add more so I wouldn’t be in a pain. Emergency visit my filling had cracked more right before the holidays. I drove up there and they helped me right away and told me if I had any issues (I had a crack along the edge then leading down into the tooth and was some concern of it possibly going all the way to the nerves so hoping it wasn’t infected) to come in the next day so they could make sure it was taken

Such a great office to go to. I was very scared but Dr. Jack and staff really put me at ease. My extractions and revisit was excellent. My filling procedures to fix my teeth was a breeze and I was so relaxed which I have never felt at any other dental office. I have sent four of my closest friends to his office and recommend him to anyone needing excellent dental care with compassion, care, empathy and respect. A wonder office. Thank you aDr. Jack mor making me believe in myself again.

I’m a new patient, today was my first visit to the office and I must say I’m very pleased with my experience. The wait time was short and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Great office, great staff and GREAT DR. Dr. Jack and staff will do anything to make y9u comf9ttable. I will not let any other Dr. work on me. l have tried with no success until I met Dr. Jack. forget 5 stars give him 10 stars he diserves it. love this Dr.

The VA sent me here for a deep cleaning and a few filling replacements. I waited a total of about 15 seconds in the lobby and they were done start to finish in under an hour. For the amount of work they did, they were quick. They numbed my entire mouth up prior to working on me. I hate going to the dentist, but with how fast they were and the level of numbing they did, I almost didn't feel anything and it was the least dreadful dentist visit Ive ever had. I had a slight hogh spot on one of my new fillings, which prevented my mouth from closing perfectly and evenly on both sides, but they saw me back immediately with no wait and corrected it to perfect in less than 5 minutes. Noone likes going to the dentist, but Universal Dental is the best among them. The staff are all very kind as well.
