Isaiah Kam has been absolutely amazing throughout my whole hearing journey. Since I’m from a younger demographic, I’ve been embarrassed to admit I have hearing loss. But after beautiful words of encouragement, Isaiah helped me start this journey with so much confidence. He was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient!! Props to NOVA Hearing too for having a wide selection of hearing aids and a payment plan that best suited my financial situation (my insurance didn’t offer much). I ended up going with the Oticon miniRITE R in the pink color and it’s the cutest thing. It’s barely noticeable (even with my black hair), yet it compliments my skin tone and hair so well.
