I absolutely love Dr. Burns and the staff at Serenity Smiles Dental Care. They always greet you with a smile and are very friendly. The atmosphere is very inviting. The music is amazing!! I definitely am here to stay!! I'd recommend anyone to come here. There are various things they treat, but if there's something they do not , they are good at referring you to great providers. They will definitely handle you with care every time you come into the office. You will not be disappointed!!

I care for an adult female with a disability that had a not so great experience with another dentistry in Nashville. I researched dentist offices in the area that would accept her insurance and found Serenity Smiles with Dr. Burns. From start to finish, this was truly a serene experience. Booking the appointment they were very kind and eager to assist. Caring for an adult with a disability is teaching them to advocate for themselves and communicate their needs, and everyone in this office was so kind and considerate to the female I care for in this regard. They listened to our concerns and were very accommodating at making her feel safe, secure, and informed. Serenity Smiles truly lives up to its name—serenity. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and highly professional from the moment you walk in. The front desk receptionists are phenomenal. The dental hygienist was extremely thorough and caring during my cleaning and took the time to provide helpful information and recommendations to improve my overall dental hygiene. Dr. Burns is very empathetic and professional, which made the experience even more comforting. Everyone on the team was pleasant, attentive, and professional. Good Evening ladies and gentlemen, I would like to take the time out to acknowledge this lovely place, everyone you met was so freaking nice and outstanding. I appreciate them making me feel right at home , like they knew me personally. If you are looking for a Great dentist to go to this is the place. Cause they are some amazing ladies. My experience at Serenity has been great every time. From the moment you walk in you're greeted with a smile and warm hellos. But most importantly they treat you with kindness through the whole experience. I had four wisdom teeth pulled in one day and Dr.Kesha Burns really makes sure you're feeling okay and not in discomfort from before you hit the office until after.
