You can’t get anyone on the phone, you leave a message and some rude, condescending woman will call you back 3 hours later. Steer CLEAR of this place. They’ll leave their response below, were interested in feedback call this number 😂 why don’t you actually do something instead of pasting that in the reply every time. Again, have your prescriptions sent anywhere else before this place. If it’s the only place in town your insurance will use, go out of town, it’s that bad.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with Prairie Parkway Pharmacy! After a frustrating experience with another pharmacy, I transferred all my prescriptions here—and I’m so glad I did. The staff is friendly, professional, and well-informed, and there’s always a pharmacist available, which means no waiting for my medications.

I go to physical therapy twice a week. Very professional and kind staff. The building is clean. My appointments are always on time. Ive tried other places in the cedar valley, and this is one of the top places to get physical therapy done.

Update: 10/13/24 Now they have the lobby closed on weekends, so be prepared to spend 45 minutes in the driveup line unless you get lucky. Great strategy to improve an already struggling customer service model. It would be nice if the UnityPoint rep would actually make a helpful comment rather than play the copy/paste game. How insulting. Not a very good pharmacy. I only go here because I have to according to my insurance. They often do not have my medications filled by pickup time or they remain in Fill in Progress status for days. If you see more than 3 cars in line at the drive up, expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes. It isn't necessarily their fault, but there's always a problem. Now that they close at 6pm, it is even harder to get a script after work! They are mostly friendly, but

Often times we are very dissapointed in the lack of attention given to refill of prescriptions. Refills are not ready when they say they are, or you get there and they don't have approval from doctor when they indicate their ready for pick up. We have waited a really long time for anyone to even acknowledge you when you're standing at the counter.
