Amy Hartmann Eye Care

I went to see about new glasses but also check a few issues I was having. I can't even begin to explain how fantastic every single person was. I am so satisfied I think I must have told 20 people that day how great they are. I see better than I have for years. I would recommend them to anyone. I made sure to tell each person how great they were.

Dr. Hartmann was great, but apparently her office staff is incompetent. I had my visit in July. Went straight from the exam room out to the eyeglass display. Was helped to select my frames and given a total after insurance. Before I gave her my card, she specifically said, "And I'll add the $5 for your exam." Done. A week later, I get a bill in the mail for the $5 copay. No big deal, I'll just clear it up when I pick up my glasses. Get the message they're ready, go in, minor adjustments, good to go. Show the woman at the counter the bill and replay what was said on exam day for her. "Well, she didn't add it to your total." Ok, annoying, but whatever. Hand her a five dollar bill and leave. Guess what I got in the mail today???? Another bill for my $5 copay. Seriously. I know I should have g

Great practice. Friendly, very comfortable space. They even offer to clear and adjust your current glasses even if you don't purchase frames. Great place for your eye care needs!

I recently switched to Dr. Hartmann and was extremely impressed with my experience. She and her staff could not have been more caring, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Hartmann took extra time to visit and show that she truly cares. I would highly recommend her for your eye care.
