Unity Pharmacy

I had a fantastic experience at this pharmacy. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain my medication clearly, and even offered helpful tips to manage my prescription more effectively. Overall, Unity pharmacy provides outstanding customer service and makes the entire process of getting medication stress-free. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable and welcoming pharmacy.

The stress that this pharmacy causes is not worth it. They are highly unreliable. They never have medication ready, they will say one thing on the phone and then when you get there they deny ever keeping that medication even when you've picked it up from them before. They don't pick up the phones. You are probably only reading this after realizing how frustrating dealing with them is

I think this is a shame that they put these people in these pharmacies in they shut down the drive-thru they don't answer the phone they take the phones off the hook like really unprofessional what was the purpose of changing it from Rite Aid to this Pharmacy if they going to move the same. One person only taking customers pick up no drop off area. They fill your prescription without you knowing or knowing if you need it. Like this is so unprofessional it's a sad we get treated like this because we live in the hood or the less fortunate

I had to switch to another pharmacy - first they tried to use an insurance I haven't had for like ten years (old rite aid system, maybe?) then they would take HOURS I am not kidding actual HOURS to fill a prescription while-you-wait, then they couldn't process any manufacturer rebates leading to higher costs (cvs does it just fine) and now, even though I haven't tried to get anything filled here for well over a month, they're submitting claims with my insurance for perscriptions that they haven't even filled / "aren't ready" over a week later, making it impossible for me to get them filled elsewhere without a hassle. Each time the employees have tried to be helpful, but they seem to be having as bad a time as the customers with a terrible system that just does not work, I feel bad for them

It was horrible. You're forced to wait in line for an extremely long time. The staff is ignorant, disrespectful and rude. Some staff is nice, but usually when they're nice. It's because somebody else was already rude to you. They never seem to have your medication.Ready when they say it's going to be ready.They're not on time for too much of anything.! they barely take responsibility for anything they're quick to shift blame. And blame everybody else. Which would also include you and the other people that work there!
