I called to asked a question regarding husbands prescription. And I just needed a confirmation and to discuss what was needed to be done to have medication transferred from another pharmacy. The lady I spoke with was rude and does not know how to speak to customers. I tried to explain on what they would need from him. But she kept interrupting. If she listened I was trying to tell her that I would have him call with the information that I could not provide at the time. When I said to her "no need to be rude" she argued with me and was talking over me. That is so disrespectful when I had absolutely no tone with her. She needs to work on customer interaction. 4/10/25

I called in to get my prescription refilled and asked what time they close, they told me 7:00. I showed up prior to 7:00. I couldn't get my meds because they said that they were already closed. And it wasn't even 7:00 yet. The employees were just standing there for a good solid 5 minutes doing nothing waiting to go clock out. One of them (bigger male with semi long curly hair) even had their own time to go pick up beer to purchase it. I needed my meds and couldn't get them and I have to wait just because they couldn't wait till 7:00 to close like they're supposed to. Yet I couldn't get my meds but the employee was able to go get his beer that's not right at all. (Ps about the male too I do not know if he is certified but I've seen him sign for the physician instead of asking the physician

This pharmacy got a call from my doctor 10 minutes before closing on Saturday for antibiotics for my elderly sister that I help take care of and they did not hesitate to get the meds ready for us. So thankful for such kind and caring people. It’s nice this day and time for a person to go the extra mile for another. Can’t say enough good about the awesome people that work there. Today I called to check if a prescription was ready for pick up, she responded back with “what do you mean if your prescription is ready for pick up” in a very unprofessional and very annoyed tone, the techs name is Isabella and this isn’t the very first time I’ve had to deal with her being rude, there was another altercation where she threatened to “not allow my prescription to pass there and I would have to call my doctor again to send a new script to a different pharmacy” and one time my wife called up there for a prescription that the doctor had prescribed for a miscarriage we were going through and she just constantly sounds annoyed and frustrated the second she answers and her tone is just unprofessional and she’s very rude. I don’t understand how they can keep someone like that back

First and last time using this place. Talked to someone 2 times on the phone checking on status, last one being told it’ll be about 20 minutes. When I get there, the rx was out of stock. When I first called to ask the status, was told “well being that we opened 15 minutes ago, it’s not ready” didn’t appreciate the tone or the bad customer service. Our dr sent rx in the morning so I didn’t know it opened so late in the afternoon (1pm). Just frustrating entirely.
