Visiting Dr. Patel and her staff was AWESOME! Very informative, punctual, and thorough. My cleaning and exam w/ X-rays went great. My treatment was carefully explained, I really appreciated Dr.’s “conservative” approach! Don’t be fooled by one bad review! I was made very aware of the billing for today prior to treatment, and the cost for treatment ahead! I knew what insurance covered and what my portion was, it was clear and concise. Thank you Just Smile Dental!

Dr. Reema Patel and her team handled everything well with a detailed plan of care specific for my dental needs. I also love that they’re accepting patients on Saturdays on scheduled appointment 👌🏼

After seeing all the great reviews I decided to book an appointment for some issues I’ve been having. Day before all insurance information was given. The day of I arrive early just to go in and be told that they just checked my insurance and I will pay out of pocket $130 I told her I was not prepared to pay that, and why was I not told his before my appointment. I’m never one to write reviews but now I’ve wasted my time, my gas, late to work, arrangements were made, also she was not friendly at all she was rude. She didn’t care that my time was wasted. Never again with this place.

Visiting Dr. Patel was a very good experience. She is efficient, kind, personable and was willing to work with me. She explained everything and asked me several times if I had any questions and if I was okay. I’m happy my husband got us scheduled here!

Dr. Patel and staff were phenomenal! I am currently pregnant and they were very accommodating and careful. They made sure my comfort was a priority. I don’t have the best teeth and not once did they make any rude or unnecessary remark. I highly recommend!
