I have changed my review as they have changed quite a lot. I appreciate their service and I commend them for delivering us our mail/packages through every weather scenerio you can imagine. They have a few bad apples in their bunch, but, the team,..is a okay in my book!

I feel like these USPS workers don't get the appreciation they deserve. They do an amazing job.The people at this post office are so nice. I had a delivery issue for the first time in 10+ years living here in Clarion and they quickly got it figured out for me. I didn't get the ladies name today but she was wonderful and very helpful. Our mail carriers are also so friendly and they do a great job too! We are lucky to have people like this working at our post office. If any USPS workers read this Thank you! We appreciate you!

The delivery process is consistently frustrating to deal with. Usually it says out for delivery and isn’t delivered. Then you have to go to the post office to pick it up. If that’s the case then why isn’t it just in the post office to begin with instead of sitting in a delivery truck all day? By the time the package gets back it’s 4pm and they’re about to close. However the staff are very reliable in providing details in orders and locating a packages location. However they need to keep the packages they can’t deliver at the post office and only take ones they actually can.

First time ever in my years having my package flagged and sent back; while not updating from “out for delivery”. Customer service is very poor and nonchalant. No accountability for poor package handling. Use any other method, the money will be better spent. At the least make sure it’s insured like I did.

First time I've experienced a post office that doesn't deliver packages. I continually get slips in my mailbox saying packages won't fit in the mailbox or other excuses. My request for redelivery are ignored. I'm a service connected vet. How are people with disabilities or no transportation supposed to get their packages? If this post office hasn't yet had an ADA case brought against them it's only a matter of time.
