Clarion Pharmacy

I had the displeasure of meeting Kelly Siegel today. She was very obviously disapproving of my medication and made it known. Asking me if I could afford it, then dismissing me to sit there and giggle with her male coworker. When my prescription was ready, they pointed at me, and when I reached for the prescription and receipt dropped it on the counter. Then started laughing as I walked away. I have never seen such unprofessional and catty behavior from a woman, especially at that age. I had the doctors office on the phone listening to the whole interaction. Apparently, she is well known for her inappropriate behavior. I would be more than happy to continue this conversation with a supervisor.

I have been going to this Pharmacy for years now,and there's hardly ever a line. The service there is always very friendly. They have a wide variety of candles and things like it. They sell over the counter pain remedies and the like. They have a pill pack program where they actually have your morning afternoon and evening doses all separated for you in small packages in a box where it's all ready for you, which is extremely convenient for someone such as myself who is forgetful. Their only drawback is that they do not have a drive-thru window. But hey, they deliver :-)

This pharmacy has helped me in many ways, if I could give 6 stars I would. They are courteous and caring. They once called my doctor to make sure the dosage was correct for my little girl without me even knowing, then called me at home to adjust the dosage. They set up the Care Fill packages for my parents who have health issues. I get all their medication for a month and it all comes sorted and dated, it was a lifesaver!!!!! Since switching I have saved money on all my medications, the last 4 I picked up were free! I have and would recommended this pharmacy to anyone who needs fast, affordable and friendly service!!

Concerns and nasty attitudes from the people at the counter were not taken seriously. If you work in healthcare of ANY kind you should know how to have a bedside manner and treat patients with kindness.

Very friendly and efficient staff. I couldn't be happer with them. (However, a few weekend hours would be nice.) They actually do their job and work with my doctors to sure that my medications are refilled and ready to go when I need them.
