If you want a dedicated team of reliable professionals who make you feel like part of the family, use United Pharmacy. I have lived in the neighborhood for 3 years, and this team of wonderful people is always so kind and professional. I appreciate them and would recommend their servicing every single day.

The staff at this pharmacy does not communicate with each other and everyone gives you a different excuse when you call in. They don’t notify you when a prescription has expired and the reason it expired in the first place is because they don’t submit prescription orders until you repeatedly call and nudge them. They also do not contact your doctor on your behalf — you’re expected to manage everything yourself. The lack of follow-through and basic communication is unacceptable, especially when it involves medication. Patients should not have to chase down their own prescriptions and rude staff. Do better yall you’re dealing with people’s lives here, or choose a different profession

I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy. They are extremely responsive, courteous, friendly, and there's never a long wait to pickup my prescriptions. Way better than the big box pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens, etc..)

United Pharmacy is truly the best! The staff are incredibly kind and always go above and beyond. My prescriptions are always ready on time, and their delivery service is super convenient—such a lifesaver on busy days. On top of that, they once helped me retrieve my dog’s ball when she accidentally bounced it into the building’s backyard. It’s rare to find that level of thoughtfulness. So grateful for this pharmacy and the people who run it!

The folks who work here are super nice. When I had bad insurance they were really helpful letting me know how I could use coupons to get better pricing and would preorder medications to make sure I didn’t run out. Support local places like this, it’s what makes this city great!
