United Pharmacy

The pharmacist lied to me about my prescription. He told me that the generic was not covered and that only the brand name was covered. Then he charged me $250 copay for it. Later on, I called my medical plan to confirm that this is true, as I found it strange that a generic would not be covered. My medical plan confirmed that the generic for the medication IS covered and the copay would be $5! I am very disappointed in this outright lie, as if it wouldn’t be easy to find out the truth. Most likely he simply did not want me to fill it at his pharmacy… he should just say that instead of lying. I never had issues with this pharmacy a few years ago. Now that there is a new pharmacist (last couple of years), i had this issue…

I love how friendly the pharmacy department is. I been going here for years . They always welcome you and make sure that medication is complete when you arrive . Sometimes if it’s not ready they let you know how much time to give them and when you go back it’s ready.

The best pharmacy I ever had the pleasure to do business with. Friendly atmosphere and will contact you if you forget to pick up your Medication. I love doing my shopping there as well. Oh did mention there no long wait. 👍🏾

The best pharmacy, always the stuff trying to help you. Also in case you forgot or you can't go they delivered to your house . I am not gonna change it !!!!
