United Health Centers - Kerman

Every time I visit, my file is not updated with the procedures I have already completed. The doctors often don't know who I am. The last time, they tried to give me medication meant for a different patient. On top of all this, scheduling an appointment is a long process, and customer service is lacking.

Other than waiting rime they reschedule to a further date and timing, also they don’t tell you when they make changes.

Update: "Apparently, how you are handled is based off of whether you have PPO or HMO or any form of insurance, it is absolutely not racially motivated by no means. If your being handled with disdain or as if you are unintelligent, then it is because of the type of insurance plan you carry. I have ALWAYS carried PPO but during a job change I had to change to HMO for 1 month for the 1st time in decades in order to provide care for myself." The "dentist" literally seemed as though she was getting irritated with me. She asked me 3 dozen questions. I tried to explain my issue to her as thoroughly as I could an she straight up smacked her lips through her mask. It was a completely unwelcoming environment. During my recent visits, I have consistently encountered a receptionist who exhibits a notably poor attitude. Her interactions are marked by a lack of professionalism, characterized by frequent arguments with customers and an absence of basic courtesy, such as smiling. The bitterness, unapproachable and unprofessional demeanor, actions and speech of the receptionist have significantly impacted my experience, making each appointment unpleasant for my 88 year old mother and myself. This ongoing issue detracts from the otherwise positive aspects of your service and requires immediate attention to ensure a more welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.

Front desk ladies no professionalism We wait for 1 hours appt 4:00pm Its 5:00pm still here and i watch her shes not doing her job she was using her PHONE ALL time Taking forever to give you appointments over the phone 📞 took 3 hours to pick call
