Alpha Care Pharmacy

Personally, I think the pharmacy should offer deliveries on Saturdays. I went to the ER on Thursday for blunt trauma to my eye and was prescribed eye drops. When I went to pick them up, I was told they weren’t in stock. I was already in pain, and while my eye might not have been swollen or bruised, it hurts a lot and feel like there’s pressure behind it. After I went home, I received a text saying my prescription was ready. When I called to clarify, I was told it wasn’t, and later learned that a batch of the medication had actually arrived. Why wasn’t I informed that the drops were on the way and that I could wait? Being left in the dark while already in pain, without a car to pick up my medication, and dealing with financial constraints is extremely frustrating. I understand that pharmaci

My doctors office recommended Alpha Care, so I decided to switch over from Walmart. I like to support small, local businesses whenever possible, but also because THEY DELIVER!!! The pharmacist & staff are so sweet & amazingly accommodating. They bend over backwards to help you. They were able to switch my perscriptions over in a matter of minutes & I had refills THAT DAY! You can even dispose of unwanted, unneeded, expired medication here! Being able to shop shop small & local is awesome enough, but to be able to find a place that actually cares about it's community & the people in it is priceless. Highly reccomend!
