The only reason this office has a good rating is because they give out gift cards for 5 star ratings. In reality, the front office staff is rude and unprofessional. The upper management staff are uneducated. The dental staff and Dr moon are rude and do not care to answer questions. They double book appointments so the waiting room is always packed and wait times are long. Highly would NOT recommend.

Wait time was not long at all, all the ladies were so kind especially Michelle. Appointment was at 3:30 and I got out of there working 30 minutes. Wait time x rays and consultation. Very happy highly recommend

I’ve only been going to The Unique Orthodontist for about a year now, got my braces put on here, and the experience has already been great. The staff is super friendly and makes everything easy to understand. 🥹 They helped me feel comfortable from day one, and getting my braces was way smoother than I expected. Definitely recommend😋

We have been coming here for the past two years and they have all been very friendly and helpful with my Special Needs daughter.

I highly recommend Unique Orthodontic. Very friendly fast and answered all the questions I had in regards to payments plans (affordable plans). My son is almost a year in with his braces and Unique orthodontics has been an amazing experience overall.
