Camarena Health - Almond Urgent Care

Terrible parking and already a line before opening. My husband paid $75 for nothing to walk out with no meds but some paper that talks about "healthy foods and lifestyles". Waited in line a long time to get checked in, then waited two hours more in the back to get extremely frustrated. I sat in a crowded lobby that smelled and felt sticky, musty with people coughing all over me. The exam room felt dirty with many stains on the walls and even holes. I feel ripped off as the lady doctor did not even bother fully checking and asking related questions about what we came in for (uti pain) and felt pushy and hard to understand which was not worth it. Aside from that the only positive really was the guy assistant nurse who put my husband in the room. I felt bad watching the same lady doctor who

Leticia at the front desk is always patient and very kind when checking in patients. She works quickly and efficiently, even when the office gets really busy. Her positive attitude makes the check-in process smooth and stress-free.

We were visiting from out of town, and my daughter became very ill. We scheduled the visit on line, and everything went great. The team was wonderful. We then went to the pharmacy and picked up our prescription. She is starting to feel better! Thank you so much! 10 out of 10!

This urgent care has always been great with my kids and also with my needs. I don’t remember all the Drs names but I recently saw Dr. Victoria and she went above and beyond to take the glass out of my foot!

This place is a hit and miss. I've had decent care here before and then I've encountered real jerk clerks here as well. My daughter was turned away today as a walk in when there was no one in the lobby and they close in an hour and a half but two women of a different ethnicity walks in and are welcomed. Labeling this clinic as a joke on days like this is putting it mildly.... it's a good thing her situation is not severe. I would think twice and maybe a third time before going here of you can help it.
