Her nurse is wonderful, but when she was out last week we only had a replacement for Monday, after calling them I was told it was an oversight that she didn't have a nurse. I got a call back Tuesday afternoon and the replacement was coming on Wednesday but she didnt contact me until Thursday morning. Now it is another week and her nurse is her and we have had no contact about nurse or replacement nurse. Communication is not there and it's not fair because my granddaughter misses out on school and then it falls on us that she is not there but I don't have $40 a day for a cab. Public transportation is a hassle during morning Rush hour trying to get her to school.
Great Staff, Exceptional service. I worked with the staff in Handling paperwork for their clients. They are sharp & good sportsman personnel. I recommend for RNs.
Very honest and friendly.
