Just the loveliest practice. My son has an extreme fear of getting the flu shot (any shot), and after a very stressful failed first attempt the office rescheduled us immediately for a quiet time the next day, had everything ready to go for him, and the nurse did a wonderful job getting it done quickly and kindly. He was so proud of himself afterwards and the entire staff clapped for him as he came out of the room! The staff here is so caring and kind, I'm always able to get an appointment easily, rarely have to wait after checking in, and I love the separate "sick" and "well" offices so we don't have to worry about catching something during a routine appointment.

We could not be more happy with the docs and nurses here. Very caring, excellent services even after hours and on weekends. The doctors and nurses really care about the kids

Let me start with the good: The doctors are very friendly and very patient when going over everything. Nurse Meg is the sweetest and most appropriate nurse for handling vaccines with little ones. But after today, I was rather upset with the whole experience. It didn't help my son was beyond frightened and screaming but the nurse that checked us in was not the friendliest and made it seem like we inconvenienced her more than anything. I apologize that you have a physical ailment, but if you can't handle it, then perhaps excuse yourself and send someone else in. That's better than basically rolling your eyes. Also after almost 3 years, I come to realize per Dr. Jannuzzi (who is SUPER with children) that they had notes on pronouncing my son's name incorrectly, after I advised them in each vis

Really poor first impression, went in to establish care with a newborn - had a 5 minute appointment with a doctor who didn’t seem interested in learning my daughters name (or the names of her parents). Was immediately pushed formula, and then was sent out the door with a follow up for a non issue. Disappointing experience. We have a follow up so will need to reevaluate, but will never see Dr. O Connor again if we decide to remain with this practice.

Kept trying to get in touch with the provider on multiple occasions, and the secretaries would tell us that no one was around, not even nursing. And then the ladies at the desk would then proceed to give us medical advice (because they clearly have a medical degree). They were rude and didn't seem to care. Because of these two at the desk, we left. It was very unprofessional. And as first time parents, it was stressful trying to get answers when no one would call you back. The providers were nice. But after not being able to reach anyone several times, we decided to go elsewhere and are so happy we did.
