Newpoint Family Dental

Please reconsider using this dentist. I ended up here because they accepted my insurance. Everyone at the front desk is very nice and professional and my hygienist was nice as well. However, the hygienist fumbled through taking my full set of 18 x-rays, and had to get assistance from someone else to complete them. The dentist came in, checked the X-rays and my teeth and said i have 7 cavities that I should get filled and promptly left the exam room. The hygienist kindly answered my questions and I scheduled an appointment to come back for fillings. But something felt off so I went for a second opinion at a dentist recommended by my family. This dentist said I have no cavities. Not a single one. And that the X-rays taken at Newpoint were very distorted. I’m not sure if this is a mistake fro

Terrible experience! On my previous visit for a simple cleaning, the tech walked away to “ change the batteries” in his speaker and then attempted to begin working on my teeth USING THOSE DIRTY GLOVES! I walked out and let the receptionist know what happened. She got up and walked to the exam room, but I never received a call or follow-up from the office. Guess, they don’t care about such unsafe practices! I decided to give a different hygienist a chance and today, equally disappointing experience. She was rough and rude. When I said I was having pain she responded, “ yea, I’m a digger”. So insensitive. I’m over this unprofessionalism and will never return.

I must say this place is pretty amazing not only do they help you through the whole needle process if you need it it does not hurt they walk you through it not to mention there is a fellow named Rob that works there I've known him for many years through dental places he's one amazing man I highly recommend new Point Family Dental to anybody who needs a dentist that can actually not hurt and actually cares about what is needed again I highly recommend them talk to Rob when you go there and all your troubles will be gone

Had a great experience here had an emergency they took me in right away they fixed my front tooth right before I needed to give a speech. Very kind staff and altogether very professional
