We had a wonderful experience at this office! I brought my aunt in for an appointment, and from the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. A special shout-out to Jenny Antunes, who was absolutely incredible. She was so patient, kind, and attentive to my aunt’s needs, making her feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. It’s rare to find someone who combines such high-level care with a genuine, warm personality. The doctor was also thorough and took the time to answer all our questions. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for compassionate and top-notch medical care!

I brought my mom to the urgent care in Cranford recently. We were greeted by the nicest young lady at the front desk. While my mother was being evaluated in the back, we had such a nice conversation in between her assisting other patients. While talking, I remembered that this was the same young lady Chanell, who x-rayed my mother a few years ago in the Garwood location. Her kindness and professionalism hasn’t changed one bit. She was a great help in the past, and a great help recently. We appreciate it!

I had a great experience thanks to the urgent care staff. They were professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable right away. Everything was handled quickly but thoroughly, and all my questions were answered clearly. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients, especially Taina. She made sure that everything went smooth with zero problems. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended this location, walked in panicked and not sure what the next step was for me. But thanks to the staff I felt reassured and any concern I had was quickly met with answers that helped ease my anxiety. All the staff members that I interacted with where attentive especially Jenny Antunes, who was very patient with all my question and well informed. She took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and informed on what was going on. Jenny made a very stressful situation feel much lighter and easier to handle. I would highly recommend this location and if you are lucky enough to be helped by Jenny then you are sure to have all your questions answered and be able to feel at ease and more informed about everything. 10/10 recommend this clinic.
